He methodically worked his way forward through the feature, making the decisive moves when it counted to claim the checkered flag and lead five positions on the night. Zach Jaynes controlled large stretches of the race and paced the field for 27 laps, but couldn't hold off Robinson5's relentless pressure down the stretch. Blake M Andrews, who was quick enough to grab pole position in qualifying and take a heat race win, couldn't maintain that early speed in the feature and faded as the laps wound down. The Weedsport dirt proved to be a track where track position mattered early but racecraft won out late. Robinson5's aggressive yet calculated approach through the pack separated him from the rest and delivered the Round 9 victory.
