**James Tiernan Steals the Show at Lanier** James Tiernan made the decisive move when it mattered most, diving to the inside and taking control of the feature at Lanier National Speedway. Vinnie Sansone led the majority of the race—23 laps worth—but couldn't hold the line when Tiernan went for it, and that was the ballgame. Tiernan drove a clean, composed race after that and never looked back. Randy Shreves put on a clinic for anyone watching the hard charger battle. Starting deep in the field at 14th, he clawed his way through the field with surgical precision, ultimately salvaging a top-five finish and proving that track position isn't everything on a night like this. That's the kind of performance that gets noticed. The heat races sorted out the usual suspects, but Joseph Grandy's consolation victory kept him in the conversation for points despite a qualifying result that didn't reflect his ultimate pace.
