**Zach J Miller Storms Through to Take Weedsport Opener** Zach J Miller never led until lap 14, but once he took point at Weedsport he was untouchable. The pole-sitter Mason Inman controlled the early going and won his heat, but when the feature shook out, Miller had the car to beat and executed when it mattered most. He led the final seven laps clean to take the checkered and send a statement in Round 1. Jake Sonnentag made the most of his second-chance opportunity in the consolation, gaining four positions to finish sixth and prove he belongs up front. Behind Miller, Daniel R Hall and Todd LaBoube rounded out the podium frame with solid, consistent runs. Weedsport's abrasive surface was unforgiving early — the heat races sorted a deep field quickly, with Cory Austin, Zach Jaynes, Sammy McNabb, and Jorden Etter all getting wins to punch their tickets. But when the main event rolled, Miller's late-race pace was the difference. Quick to find grip when everyone else was searching for it.
