**Craig Shearim Powers Through at Lernerville to Claim Round 2** Craig Shearim controlled the feature at Lernerville, but this wasn't a wire-to-wire domination — Rusty L Kruger led more laps and kept it tight the entire distance. Shearim made the decisive move when it mattered most and held on through the final laps to secure the win. Kyle Matson2 was the real story though. Starting tenth, he charged six positions to finish fourth and came agonizingly close to crashing the podium party. His late-race pace was the fastest thing on the track and he had the field on notice that he's a threat going forward. Zach Jaynes looked sharp in qualifying — earned pole position with a 14.087 — but couldn't carry that momentum into the feature. Keith Bradley also got a heat win and will be looking to translate that into better performance next time around.
