**Gunner Harris Dominates Charlotte Dirt to Open Season Strong** Gunner Harris led wire-to-wire at The Dirt Track at Charlotte, controlling the feature from start to finish and banking 34 laps at the front to kick off the North East Modifieds season. Harris never gave the field a sniff, cruising to a commanding victory over Jason Stehney. The real story came behind him. Zach Hodl stormed through the field from nineteenth on the grid, picking off cars at will in the dirt to climb twelve positions and crack the top ten with a P7 finish. That kind of charge from the back on a track like Charlotte doesn't happen by accident. Brandon Voyles earned pole position but couldn't translate that into feature dominance. The heat winners — Voyles, Jeremy Pray, Stehney, and Tyler Mayo — all had strong qualifying sessions that didn't quite carry through to the main event. Harris showed exactly why he should be contended with this season. Clean, efficient, and untouchable.
