**Mason Hannagan Steals Lernerville Victory in Late-Race Ambush** Mason Hannagan made his move when it mattered most, slipping past Mason Inman in the closing laps to claim the Round 4 feature at Lernerville. Inman had controlled much of the race with 21 laps led, but couldn't hold the line when Hannagan came calling down the stretch. The battle between the two Masons defined the entire race — neither willing to concede, but only one could cross first. Jeff Sharp deserves a mention here too. Starting 23rd, Sharp threaded through the field and picked off 13 positions to finish tenth. That kind of climb on a tight dirt oval doesn't happen without precision and aggression. Sonny Brown earned pole position but couldn't convert that speed into a feature victory. The starting grid had teeth — four different heat winners showed the field was loaded top to bottom.
