**Brandon Freeburg Executes Late-Race Pass to Steal Bristol** Joey Neace controlled this one for most of the night, leading 27 laps and looking every bit the class act through the middle stages. But Freeburg had other ideas down the stretch. When it mattered most, Freeburg found the right line, made his move stick, and drove away to the checkers at Bristol's dirt surface. Neace didn't go down without a fight — he clawed back two positions from his heat race starting point to salvage second, showing the kind of pace that nearly got him across the line first. Travis StClair took pole position and won his heat, but couldn't find enough to challenge at the end. Blake M Andrews and Travis StClair rounded out the top five. Freeburg's victory capped a night where he won his heat and then made the clutch pass when the pressure was highest. Classic late-model racing at its best.
