**Ryan Washock Survives Chaotic Port Royal Night to Take Round 5** Ryan Washock got it done when it mattered most at Port Royal, but this wasn't a dominant performance — it was a gutsy one. David Kalb controlled the early stages and led nine laps before Washock found his rhythm and took over. The real story, though, was the absolute rocket ship Brandon Garman piloted out of the 22nd starting position. Garman picked off cars like he was on a mission, gaining 19 positions to card a third-place finish and announce himself as a serious threat going forward. A chaotic night with plenty of position shuffling meant nothing was settled until the checkered, but Washock stayed composed when chaos erupted around him. That's championship-level execution at a place like Port Royal where track position is everything and one mistake erases a whole run.
