Starting third in the feature, Clingan immediately went to work, muscling his way forward and taking the lead where he would stay for the final stretch of the race. He led 30 laps and drove away clean over the closing circuits to secure the win. Vinnie Sansone kept things respectable with a heat race victory earlier in the night, while Bowen Smith took care of business in the consolation race to punch his ticket into the main event. Once the feature got rolling though, it was Clingan's show from start to finish.
