ESRN REPORTMay 2, 2026

**Tyler Schell Powers Through Late-Race Chaos to Win at Lernerville** Tyler Schell made the decisive move when it mattered most, executing a textbook pass on Alex A Bergeron with just enough laps remaining to secure the feature win at Lernerville. Bergeron had controlled the middle portion of the race, leading 14 laps and looking like the driver to beat, but Schell's patience and precision in heavy traffic paid off when the moment came. The real statement came from Philip Kroetsch, who stormed through the field from 18th on the grid to finish sixth. That 12-position climb on a track where passing is notoriously difficult underscores how dominant Kroetsch's drive was. He was the hardest charger on the night by a significant margin, picking off cars methodically and making every pass count when the slightest mistake could've derailed his charge. Gregory Lamey set the tone early with pole position, then backed it up by winning his heat race. But on a night where track position and setup proved everything, Schell's adaptability through the feature proved superior. Lernerville showed its teeth — this was a track that sorted out the committed from the complacent.
